Terms of Service

FLOW Flowers Co. LLC · Provo, Utah · Effective 4 August 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any product or service offered by FLOW Flowers Co. LLC (“FLOW Flowers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or subscribe.

1. Plans, products and pricing

Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of enrollment and is subject to change with notice. The table below reflects our current published pricing.

1.1 Bouquet subscriptions

Bouquet subscriptions are sold by arrangement size and delivery frequency. Subscription prices are billed monthly and shown as a monthly total; the frequency you choose determines how often we deliver. Bimonthly is one delivery every other month, monthly is one delivery a month, biweekly is two a month, and weekly is one every week — so a weekly plan delivers four or five times in a month depending on the calendar, at the same monthly price.

SizeOne timeBimonthlyMonthlyBiweeklyWeekly
Small$49$24/mo$45/mo$89/mo$189/mo
Medium$89$49/mo$85/mo$169/mo$319/mo
Large$129$64/mo$125/mo$249/mo$539/mo
Deluxe Elite$249$129/mo$245/mo$489/mo$1049/mo

Stem counts by size are published on our Products page and vary with the arrangement, as described in section 4.

1.2 One-time orders

One-time orders are a single delivery charged once at the one-time price for the size selected. They do not renew and create no ongoing obligation.

1.3 Essentials annual plans

Essentials plans are recurring annual subscriptions covering deliveries on the specific occasion dates you choose (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and similar). Current pricing:

  • Essential for Kids: $199.00 per year
  • Deluxe: $399.00 per year
  • Deluxe Elite: $999.00 per year

Your plan includes a set number of occasions, shown in your portal at the time of enrollment. Additional occasions may be added at the per-occasion rate shown when you add them.

Occasions named for a holiday that falls on a different calendar date each year, such as Mother's Day or Thanksgiving, are delivered on that holiday each year rather than on a fixed date. If you rename the occasion to something personal, the stored date applies instead.

1.4 Add-ons

Optional add-ons such as vases, chocolates, baked goods and handwritten cards may be added to a delivery at the prices shown when you select them. Add-on pricing can vary by arrangement size. An add-on may be added once or set to recur with every delivery; recurring add-ons are billed with each delivery until removed.

1.5 Holiday pricing

Wholesale flower costs rise sharply in the week before Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. When holiday pricing is in effect, one-time and annual bouquet orders scheduled for delivery in that window carry a surcharge on the arrangement's base price, disclosed as a separate line before you pay. Recurring bouquet subscriptions, Essentials plans and add-ons are not surcharged.

1.6 Promotional codes

Promotional codes are applied before sales tax, may be limited to particular products or customers, may expire, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value.

2. Billing, tax and authorization

By enrolling in any FLOW Flowers subscription plan, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing cycle at the then-current price of your selected plan, and will continue to be charged until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your payment information current and valid.
  • We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice, communicated by email or posted on our website before taking effect. A price change does not re-price an existing subscription unless we tell you otherwise.

Prices are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable Utah sales tax is calculated on the discounted order total and added at checkout and to each recurring invoice.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge; deliveries may be suspended while a subscription is past due.

3. Delivery

3.1 Service area

Delivery is available only within our designated delivery zone, currently Provo, Utah and the surrounding Utah County area. By subscribing you confirm your delivery address falls within the service area, and we will contact you if it turns out not to be. We may modify the service area at any time with reasonable notice.

3.2 Scheduling and advance notice

We will contact you within twenty-four (24) hours in advance of a scheduled delivery to coordinate and confirm details. Keeping accurate contact information on file is your responsibility, and failure to receive advance notice because your contact information was out of date does not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms.

3.3 Delivery date flexibility

While we make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver on scheduled dates, actual delivery may occur the day before or the day of the scheduled date at our discretion. Essentials customers acknowledge that occasion deliveries are tied to specific designated days, subject to this flexibility.

3.4 Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, road closures, illness, vehicle failure, or any other force majeure event. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule and to notify you as soon as practicable.

3.5 Unattended delivery

On arrival, our delivery associate will make a reasonable attempt to contact the recipient. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the arrangement will be left at the door with water to the best of the associate's ability.

Once an arrangement has been left at the delivery address, FLOW Flowers Co. LLC and its associates, employees, contractors and agents are released from all responsibility for the arrangement, including damage from weather, theft, or prolonged exposure. It is the recipient's responsibility to retrieve and care for the arrangement.

3.6 Delivery instructions and access

Gate codes, buzzer numbers, apartment numbers and similar access details should be saved to your delivery notes in the portal ahead of your delivery so your florist and driver receive them in time. A delivery that cannot be completed because access information was missing or wrong is treated as delivered.

4. Arrangements and florist discretion

4.1 Florist discretion

All arrangements are crafted by our florists. The exact stem count, variety and composition of each arrangement are at the sole discretion of the florist and will vary with seasonal availability, current inventory and aesthetic judgment. No specific stem count, species or variety is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4.2 Seasonal and availability variations

Flower availability is subject to seasonal and supplier fluctuation. We may substitute flowers of equal or greater value without prior notice when specific varieties are unavailable.

4.3 Photographs

Photographs on our website and social channels illustrate the style and scale of our work. They are representative, not a depiction of the specific arrangement you will receive.

5. Flower care and customer responsibility

To maximize the vase life of your arrangement, you agree to follow proper flower care practices, including:

  • Trimming stems at an angle before placing in water.
  • Changing vase water every one to two days.
  • Keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat sources and drafts.
  • Removing wilted blooms promptly to preserve the rest.
  • Using flower food or preservative if provided.

FLOW Flowers Co. LLC and its associates, employees, contractors and agents are not responsible for the condition, quality or longevity of any arrangement after delivery has been completed. The vase life of fresh flowers is inherently variable and is not guaranteed. No refund, credit or replacement is issued for natural deterioration after delivery.

6. Refunds and delivery problems

Flowers are perishable and sales are final, except as required by applicable law or as described in this section. This includes:

  • Missed deliveries caused by recipient unavailability or by inaccurate delivery information you provided.
  • Natural deterioration of flowers after delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction with arrangement composition, stem count or variety, which are matters of florist discretion under section 4.
  • Cancellation requests made after a billing cycle has already processed.

If a delivery was materially damaged, materially late, or delivered to the wrong address because of an error on our part, report it through “Report an issue” in your portal, or email us, within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery with photographs. A manager reviews every report. Where a delivery failure is our fault we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement, an account credit, or a refund. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Utah law.

7. Managing your plan

Your portal at flowflowers.co/portal is the primary place to manage your plan. From it you can, up until midnight on the morning of a delivery:

  • Change the delivery address, date, size or bouquet design.
  • Add or remove add-ons for the next delivery or for every delivery.
  • Pause a subscription for a set number of months. Billing and deliveries both stop for the pause and resume automatically afterward, or sooner if you resume it yourself.
  • Donate an upcoming delivery, which sends that arrangement to a local recipient on your behalf instead of to your address. A donated delivery is still billed.
  • Message your florist and report a delivery issue.
  • Update payment methods and view billing history.
  • Change notification preferences, including text messages.

A delivery is fixed from midnight on the morning it is due: up to and including the day before, you may change its date, address, bouquet, add-ons and notes; on the day itself, none of it can be changed. Changes made late in that window may not reach the florist or driver in time.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by either method:

  • In your portal, through the cancellation flow on the plan you want to end.
  • By email to admin@flowflowers.co from the address associated with your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You will not be billed again, and deliveries continue through the end of the period you have already paid for. A cancellation submitted after a billing cycle has processed does not refund that cycle.

We may cancel or suspend any subscription at our discretion, and will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of a prepaid period when the cancellation is initiated by us.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact and delivery information so we can reach you and deliver your flowers.

You may check out as a guest without creating an account. Guest orders are fulfilled the same way, but plan management, delivery history and self-service changes require an account.

You may delete your account from the portal. Deleting an account ends active subscriptions at the close of the current paid period and hides your data from our staff. For a limited window you can restore the account by signing in again. After that window the data is removed, except records we are required to keep, such as transaction records retained for tax and accounting purposes.

10. Text messages and email

If you opt in, we may text you order confirmations, delivery updates, plan changes and occasional seasonal reminders. Opting in is a separate, unchecked box and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also change text and email preferences at any time in your portal. Your mobile number and your consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Transactional email about an order you placed, such as a receipt or a delivery notice, is sent regardless of marketing preferences.

11. Events and business accounts

Weddings, funerals, corporate and other event work is quoted individually and is not covered by the subscription pricing in section 1. Inquiries submitted through our site are a request for a conversation, not an order, and create no obligation on either side until a separate written agreement is signed. Deposits, cancellation windows and payment schedules for event work are set in that agreement.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or service to send abusive, harassing or unlawful content, including in florist messages, gift-card messages or delivery notes; to order deliveries to an address for the purpose of harassing its occupant; or to attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours. We may refuse or cancel any order and close any account for a violation of this section.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FLOW Flowers Co. LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or products. In no event shall FLOW Flowers Co. LLC 's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are posted here with a new effective date and, where practicable, communicated to active subscribers by email. Continuing your subscription after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
